Master Suite Addition in Attic Space

Look at this beautiful master suite addition we finished! The attic space had enough space for us to create and build a large master bedroom loft with work area, bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The suite, finished with elegant hardwood flooring and cathedral ceilings, now serves as a restful retreat for its homeowner. See before and after pictures below.

New Garage for a Classic Spanish-Revival Bungalow

Check this out!  One of our recent projects was the building of an architecturally appropriate 2-car garage for a classic Spanish-Revival bungalow located on a prominent street in a prestigious Orange County historic neighborhood.

The previous dilapated garage structure was torn down, and a new garage was built from the ground up, including the addition of a new paved driveway, and a concrete ribbon driveway.  After it was all done, the garage looks like it's been there since the bungalow was built almost 80 years ago!
