What did you do this week end?

Max and me painted the living room!!!!!

Yeah!!!! My stripes wall finally

became a reality!!!!

Buongiorno carissime!!!

Cosa avete fatto questo week end?

Io e Max abbiamo dipinto il soggiorno!!!!!

Siiiii!!!! Finalmente la mia parete a righe

è diventata una realtà!!!!

It's not finished yet.

We need to paint it again,

but we have to wait untill the

next week end when we will

have some time.

And also the colours that you see

are not the real ones,

'cause I've taken these 2 pictures

when the paint was still wet

and so more deep.

I will show you the result,

I promise!!!

Non è ancora finita.

Dobbiamo dare la seconda

mano di colore,

ma dobbiamo aspettare fino

al prossimo week end

quando avremo tempo.

Anche i colori che vedete non

sono quelli finali,

perchè ho scattato

le foto quando la pittura era ancora

bagnata e perciò più carica.

Finally my little lavenders

 has bloomed!

Ok, I know it's a really small

bunch...but it's all my tiny

lavenders has produced

until now!

Finalmente le mie piccole piante

di lavanda sono in fiore!

Ok, lo sò che è veramente un

piccolo mazzo...

ma è tutto quello che le mie povere

piantine hanno prodotto finora!

I will wait for them to become bigger

and bigger

and finally use the lavender to produce

some sachets!

Aspetterò fino a che diventeranno

sempre più grandi e finalmente le

userò per creare dei sacchetti

profuma biancheria!

the wall behind the TV

will be paint with stripes!!!!

Al momento stò aspettando

che Max abbia qualche giorno di ferie

per dipingere il salotto.

Ho finalmente deciso:

voglio le righe sul muro

dietro la TV!!!!

I've also buyed from Etsy a

stencil for the fireplace,

can't wait to receive it!!!

Ho anche comprato su Etsy

uno stencil per il caminetto,

non vedo l'ora arrivi!!!

Colours of my kitchen

Do you remember the wall I've called the

 "enormous white" in my kitchen?

Well, I've started to decorate it!

Vi ricordate il muro che avevo chiamato

"l'immenso bianco" nella mia cucina?

Bhè, ho iniziato a decorarlo!

Yes, I know I'm a little bit late,

but the last months have been a

little bit busy, as many of you know!

Sì, lo so, sono un po' in ritardo,

ma gli ultimi mesi sono stati

un po' turbolenti,

come molte di voi sanno!

Now, I'm pretty satisfied with the

first shelf, but the second one,

the one I've bought at an antique

market some while ago,

it's not OK like this.

Allora, sono abbastanza soddisfatta

della prima mensola,

ma per quanto riguarda la seconda,

quella che ho comprato ad un

mercatino qualche tempo fà,

non ci siamo proprio.

I've already create a shopping list

to decorate it!

Mugs, jars and tea towels!

Ho già creato una bella lista della spesa

per decorarla!

Tazze, barattoli e strofinacci!

As you can see I've chosen 

for my kitchen 

a base of neutral tones,

with some touches of red.

Come potete vedere ho scelto

per la mia cucina

una base di toni neutri

con alcuni tocchi di rosso.

I've also created a little

pelmet on the top of

the window to hide

the rolling shutter box

(so ugly!!!!)

Ho anche cucito una mantovana

per nascondere il cassonetto

delle tapparelle

(così brutto!!!)

I've used a textile from

Ikea, so for less than 9 €

I've done it!!!

Ho usato un tessuto di Ikea,

così per meno di 9 €

ho fatto tutto!!!
