Thank you. Thank you. And thank you, again.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, God.

For family.
For the incredible blessing that is four living parents and one living grandparent.

For celebrations that bring us together.
For occasions that make us pause.

Reflect. Regroup. Reconnect. Renew. Rejoice.

For health and healing.

For weddings and love and the coming together of families and lives. For happiness and joy and the hope of a new future together.

For baptisms. For sacred spaces and words and music.

For Waylon Robert. Who has brought such precious joy to our family. Whose smiles and giggles and love have transformed our lives forever. We can't wait to watch him grow!

For Ian Arnold. Who loves singing and using the 'singing book' at church and lifting his voice to the heavens. Who watches and observes with such clarity, such wonder, such curiosity, such interest. Who speaks with such insight, such tenderness, and such beautiful perspective. He who humbles us all with his love, his intelligence, his heart.

For Andrew Moreland. Who attacks life with his vigor and vitality, with his curiosity, humor, mischief, aggressive kisses and most tender of hugs. Whose golden curls and jutted chin offer such treasured images of him, and this time in his life. Who sings and dances, bobs and twists, and shakes his head whenever any music comes on, and who sucks every single morsel of joy out of life.

For James William. Who leads and stands beside and behind and together with me as we try to navigate this world of parenting. Of family. Of life and living. Of love.

For the laughter that rings throughout these walls, and resonates in our bodies, our spirits, our souls.

For the big and small ways that each day is marked by the fire and blessings of God - by His passion and grace and presence and light - as we try to remember to breathe and live, learn and listen, and love, love, love one another.

For family, both blood and not, both near and far, who gather in person and in spirit to lift one another, to support and celebrate the joys of this life, to mark the milestones with laughter and love, un-imagined generosity and joy.

We are blessed beyond measure.
Thankful beyond measure.
Humbled by God's many blessings and beautiful gifts.

Thank you, thank you, thank you God.
