- In Stowe, about 56% of adults are married.
- Unlike most towns, Stowe has proportionately more males than females.
- In 2000, Stowe had a median family income of $64,700. The typical family in Stowe is better off than most in Vermont. Interestingly, lots of people in the town have Bachelor's degrees (or better). If you never see your neighbor it may be because he or she works from home rather than driving to the office. That's not unusual in Stowe. In the town, there is a large number of singles who make a good living
- Political donors in Stowe favored George W. Bush in the 2004 Presidential race, contributing $14,950. Among political parties, the Democratic party was tops in raising money in the town.
