nally mixed up a perfect blend of the classic robin's egg Tiffany blue nail polish! I used the Sephora by OPI nail collection. The first color was a jade green I have called "Ocean Love Potion", but the one they have now called "Read my Palm" is virtually the same one. Simply mix that with any white nail polish, and voila!
I wish I could get a better picture of the color (it's a little washed out here), but you get the point. Make sure you use more white than jade. I'd say about a 3:1 ratio. Enjoy!
